Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Seasonal Front of House team member and become the welcoming face of our establishment during busy seasonal periods! In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient service, ensuring food safety standards are upheld, and supporting the overall flow of daily operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining a dynamic and energetic atmosphere. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, orders, and inquiries to foster a welcoming environment
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and upselling where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations
Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen operations during busy periods
Manage guest requests efficiently, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all visitors
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality throughout each shift

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food handling procedures
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and billing purposes
Experience in serving or guest services roles is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
