Join Our Team at Stoke Hill Preschool and Day Nursery

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our busy nursery office.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls and emails professionally
Support office administration and invoicing
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Work closely with the Nursery Leadership Team
Follow safeguarding procedures at all times
Has good communication and organisational skills
Is friendly, professional and approachable
Works well within a team
Can manage tasks in a busy environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with Xero is a plus but not essential.
Previous administration experience is helpful but not essential
