Position: Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Location: Commute between branches
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings, providing guidance and insights to potential buyers and tenants
- Generate new business and source new properties.
- Regular follow up with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants through effective communication.
- Involvement in tenancy move-in process
- Negotiate offers between parties to achieve the best outcomes for all involved
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in Estate Agency or Sales preferred but not essential as full training will be given for the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must have IT skills and attention to detail.
- Be well presented and well spoken
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication, great telephone manner with a can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Full, clean driving license.
