Full job description

About The Role

Due to business growth we are currently seeking a Sales Co-ordinator, to work within our Technical Sales department.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Working alongside the Technical sales team to support with maintain and update clients records, and update our internal ERP system
.
Assisting with the creation and updating of sales packs for clients.
Assist with Identifying and nurturing business opportunities with new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Ideally you will have worked within a Manufacturing or Technical sales environment although not essential. Attention to detail is a must and posses excellent communication both verbal and written. A good understanding of Microsoft software including Excel, Outlook and Word, with ideally working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
