Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Sauna Assistant / Operator to join our team on a casual, self employed basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sauna environment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers flexibility and an opportunity to work in a wellness focused setting, providing guests with a relaxing experience while supporting the smooth operation of our sauna facilities.

Duties

Welcome guests and provide information about the sauna services and facilities
Manage the daily operation of the sauna, including temperature control and cleanliness standards
Ensure guest safety and comfort throughout their visit
Maintain hygiene standards by sanitising equipment and communal areas regularly
Assist with guest queries, reservations, and check ins to deliver excellent guest services
Monitor occupancy levels and manage bookings efficiently
Support management with organisational tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations
Promote a relaxing environment by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a self employed capacity
Knowledge of wellness or spa environments is desirable but not mandatory
A proactive attitude towards safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction

Pay: £13.00 per hour
