About Fans Chance:

Fans Chance is a fast-growing competition and prize draw agency offering fans the chance to win unforgettable sporting experiences — from premium match tickets and VIP packages to once-in-a-lifetime trips and sporting holidays.

We work across exciting sporting campaigns, with a portion of proceeds supporting affiliated charities. Our aim is to create engaging, high-performing competitions that give fans incredible opportunities while also helping good causes.

We are now looking for a creative, commercially minded Paid Social & Creative Marketing Executive to join the team and help drive the performance of our campaigns across social advertising, email marketing and digital content.

The Role:

This is a varied role combining creative design, email marketing and media buying. You will be responsible for producing engaging static ads for social platforms, building email campaigns and flows, and supporting the planning, launch and optimisation of paid media activity.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both the creative and performance sides of digital marketing. You should understand what makes an ad convert, how to create strong visual assets, and how to use email marketing to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Design static ads for social media campaigns, primarily for Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
Create engaging email templates and campaign copy for promotions, launches and customer engagement.
Build, schedule and manage email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
Support media buying activity across Meta, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management and performance monitoring.
Assist with paid media activity across other platforms where relevant, such as Reddit, TikTok, Google or other paid social channels.
Develop creative concepts for sporting prize draw campaigns and promotional offers.
Write clear, persuasive ad copy and email copy that drives action.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to creative, targeting, messaging and offers.
Work with the wider team to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
Maintain brand consistency across ads, emails and customer-facing communications.
Stay up to date with trends in paid social, email marketing, sports marketing and online competitions.

Required Experience

Experience designing static ads for paid social campaigns.
Experience using Klaviyo for email campaigns and automated flows.
Strong understanding of email marketing, including subject lines, templates, segmentation and customer journeys.
Good copywriting skills, particularly for ads, emails and promotional messaging.
Ability to create clean, professional and high-converting visual assets.
Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple campaigns at once.
A good eye for detail and a performance-focused mindset.

Desirable Experience

Experience marketing competitions, prize draws, ecommerce offers or lead-generation campaigns.
Experience with Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads or other paid media platforms.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup and optimisation.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar design tools.
Interest in sport, live events, football, golf, motorsport or other major sporting experiences.
Understanding of charity-linked campaigns or cause-led marketing.
Experience with A/B testing creative, copy, audiences or email flows.
