Lead. Inspire. Make a real impact.
Are you an experienced Practice Manager or strong dental leader ready for your next challenge? At Treeline Dental Care, we are looking for a confident, driven, and people-focused Practice Manager to lead our team and help shape the future of our growing practice.
This is more than an operational role — you will lead the practice forward, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering an outstanding patient experience every day.
At Treeline Dental Care, we are proud to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a modern, welcoming, and supportive environment. We believe great practices are built on strong leadership, positive culture, and continuous improvement — and you will play a key role in all three.
If you are passionate about leadership, enjoy making a difference, and thrive in a fast-paced dental environment, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Operational Management Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth operations, efficient appointment scheduling, and full compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards (including CQC).
- Team Leadership Inspire, lead, and develop the practice team — including reception, dental nurses, hygienists, and clinicians. You will manage rotas, performance reviews, training, and engagement, creating a positive, high-performing culture.
- Financial & Business Performance Drive the commercial success of the practice by managing budgets, monitoring KPIs, improving profitability, and overseeing invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Outstanding Patient Experience Champion exceptional patient care by managing feedback and complaints, identifying improvements, and ensuring every patient receives a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience.
- Marketing & Practice Growth Support the growth of the practice through local marketing, digital campaigns, and service promotion. Work with the leadership team to attract new patients and develop existing services.
What We're Looking For (Essential Requirements):
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a management role, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with practice management software (e.g., SFD, Dentally, EXACT]).
- Excellent knowledge of CQC, NHS E and clinical governance standards.
- A proactive, organized, and problem-solving approach to management.
What We Offer You:
Highly Competitive Salary
- We recognise the value you bring and reward your expertise with a competitive package that reflects your skills and experience.
Comprehensive Benefits Package, including:
- GDC registration fees fully paid
- Structured CPD support with financial contribution and paid study time
- Pension scheme with employer contributions

- Enhanced holiday allowance
Professional Growth & Career Development We actively support your career progression with:
- Regular performance reviews and development planning
- Opportunities to lead projects and contribute to practice strategy
- Access to training courses, conferences, and professional networks
Modern, Well-Resourced Practice Environment
- A supportive, collaborative and friendly team culture where your leadership and ideas are genuinely valued.
