Full job description

We are seeking an Treatment coordinator to join our friendly expanding mixed NHS/private practice based in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport.

We will be significantly growing our private treatments and need the right individual to assist this growth.

Treatment options will include dental Implants, minor oral surgery, sedation, orthodontists fixed and removable. Endodontics, restorative, facial aesthetics, cosmetic dentistry and STO.

We have a great team consisting of Professors, consultants, specialist and dentists with special interests as well as our friendly dental nurses and reception team.

We are looking for honest and reliable candidates who have the following skills and knowledge;

Friendly, confident with the ability to speak to patients and deliver advice.
Accurate recording of discussions with patients.
Computer literate
Experience using an intra-oral scanner is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Dental knowledge preferred or a strong sales background.
Qualified Dental Nurse - looking for growth & development within the organisation

As a TCO, you will be required to contact leads generated through external advertising and internal leads, establish a rapport with potential patients, discuss various finance options for payment of treatments, tracking via software etc.

Previous experience of TCO role is preferable. We will provide all training relating to this aspect of the role. This role is ideal for some one with strong sales background or a qualified nurse who wishes to diversify into a more patient focusing role and some dental nursing may be required.
