What do we need?
We are looking for a Wedding and Events Coordinator who is interested in joining our award winning team. Are you highly organised? Do you love building relationships with people? About the job:
Playing a vital role in shaping those special moments, working closely with our Wedding & Events Manager you will
· Make dreams come true: You will work directly with clients to craft bespoke weddings and events, bringing their visions to life while ensuring every detail is flawless.
· Running a smooth show: with your organisational skills, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring each event goes off without a hitch.
· Creating exceptional experiences: At Longbow, we believe that happy staff lead to happy customers. Your warm professional approach will create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests alike.
· Problem-solving on the spot: We expect the unexpected, and with your quick thinking, you’ll handle any surprises with confidence and ease.
· Collaborating for success: You’ll work alongside a talented team, bringing fresh ideas to future projects and enhancing the guest experience.
· Building relationships: As the go-to person for clients, you’ll ensure they’re communicated with regularly, and that their events are executed to the highest standard.
· Not just ‘I do’, there’s lots to do: Liaising with corporate bookings, private events to organise their day or stay.
· We create our own fun: With an expanding in house events calendar we are always looking for fresh ideas to complete our diary.
Experience with coordinating weddings and events would be advantageous.
