We're looking for an experienced and motivated Asbestos Supervisor / Site Manager to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for overseeing asbestos removal projects across domestic, commercial, and industrial sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing asbestos removal projects from start to finish.
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
- Liaising with clients, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Organising labour, materials, and equipment to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Completing site documentation and project records.
- Mentoring and supporting operatives and labourers within the team.
- Leading by example and promoting a positive safety culture.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Essential
- Previous experience supervising asbestos removal projects.
- Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and site safety requirements.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Flexibility to travel to various project locations.
Desirable
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- CSCS Card
- UKATA supervisor asbestos removal
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Experience managing multiple projects and site teams.
- Strong client-facing experience.
