Bank / Flexible Evening / Veterinary Receptionist

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Looking for a flexible evening role - or weekends? Join Optivet Referrals as a Bank Veterinary Receptionist, supporting our busy emergency and referral service during peak evening hours (Weekdays: 7–11pm).

About the role:

Welcome and support clients in a calm, professional manner
Answer calls, book appointments, and handle enquiries
Assist with emergency cases, liaising with vets as needed
Take payments and complete essential admin tasks

About you:

Friendly, organised, and calm under pressure
Strong communication skills (phone & face-to-face)
Confident with computers; reception experience preferred
Able to work flexibly on an ad-hoc / bank basis
