Overview

Join our vibrant food truck team as a Food Truck Cook/Chef and bring delicious. Our food truck is permanently fixed in place at our Country Club. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills with our modern food truck menu. You’ll be instrumental in preparing flavorful dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. If you’re passionate about food preparation, thrive under pressure, and love engaging with people, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
Manage meal preparation from start to finish, including chopping, grilling, frying, and assembling dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck’s kitchen area throughout each shift
Serve customers with enthusiasm, taking orders accurately and providing excellent customer service
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food safety regulations
Previous restaurant or culinary experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
A positive attitude with a passion for creating delicious meals that delight customers
