Job Overview
Independent Examiners Ltd specialises in independent examination and accounts preparation for charities across the UK. We are growing our team and looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join us as Independent Examiners on a flexible hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an accounting background who wants to build or develop expertise in the charity sector.

Responsibilities

Carrying out independent examinations for charity clients in accordance with Charity Commission guidance
Reviewing charity accounts and financial records
Communicating findings clearly to trustees and finance teams

Experience

Level 4 AAT (Diploma in Professional Accounting) or above, or equivalent qualification
Experience in independent examinations, or a demonstrable interest in the charity sector
Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
