We are seeking an Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) Co-ordinator to support ESH activities across multiple sites (travel required). This contract role focuses on compliance, data management, and coordinating safety initiatives to promote a strong safety culture.
Working under the ESH Supervisor/Manager, you will provide key support to the wider ESH function. This is a developmental role suited to those building experience and is not intended as a senior or standalone consultancy position.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide general ESH support to the ESH Manager and business projects

Complete and review risk assessments, identifying hazards and controls

Support managers and ESH representatives in implementing controls, closing actions, and maintaining safe systems of work

Assist with contractor management, including RAMS review, permits, inductions, and compliance monitoring

Support incident and near-miss reporting, evidence gathering, and initial investigations
-
Conduct workplace inspections, raise actions, and track completion

Support audit readiness, including evidence preparation and close-out of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 findings

Maintain training and health surveillance matrices, supporting scheduling and compliance

Assist with PPE selection, issue, tracking, and inspection records

Use digital systems to log incidents, track actions, and maintain compliance dashboards

Support Net Zero initiatives and incident management tracking

Facilitate ESH meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking

Maintain accurate, up-to-date ESH records and documentation
