Day Shift - 42 Hours

This service is a supportive and nurturing environment where our skilled team works closely with individuals to help them achieve their personal goals and maximize their potential. We provide person-centred care that focuses on each individual’s unique needs, offering physical, emotional, and social support to enhance their quality of life.

What is a Support Worker?

A Support Worker is someone who provides practical and emotional assistance to individuals in their day-to-day lives. The role is dynamic and varied, as each person we support has their own unique needs. Every day presents new challenges and rewards as Support Workers help individuals overcome obstacles, build confidence, and enhance their self-esteem.

Support Workers assist people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. They encourage greater independence and offer both physical and emotional support, helping individuals lead fulfilling and meaningful lives in their own homes.
