This vacancy is advertised as 24.50 total hours. The hours will be split into 18.50 hours in Meadow Park and 6 hours in Milford House (we could look at this arrangement and be flexible where possible)

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administrator to provide essential support across two areas of our Provider Services: Milford House in Milford and our In-House Day Service, which operates throughout Pembrokeshire. This varied and rewarding role offers the opportunity to work alongside a team who are committed to delivering person-centered care.
The Role
As an Administrator, you will:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to two busy service areas
- Accurately input and manage data using team IT systems
- Maintain up-to-date records and information
- Support effective coordination across services
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of adult care provision

We are looking for someone who is:
