Role Overview
The Logistics, Documentation & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and control of import and export activities, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
The role provides critical operational support across logistics coordination, customs and shipping documentation, PPOAO screening, and compliance checks. Acting as a key link between internal teams, logistics service providers, brokers, and trade/compliance specialists, the position plays a vital role in minimising compliance risk, preventing shipment delays, and maintaining accurate documentation and cost control within supply chain operations.
The role also holds site‑level responsibility for Dangerous Goods (DG) compliance, including DGSA‑related oversight to ensure regulated shipments are correctly classified, prepared, documented, and shipped in full compliance with ADR, Dangerous Goods Regulations.

Requirements
DGSA (ADR) certification held or willingness to obtain DGSA qualification within an agreed timeframe; experience supporting dangerous goods compliance across road, sea, and/or air transport is desirable.
