Operations Administrator
Location: St Boswells
Reporting to: Sales & Operations Director
Operations Administrator (HNC Required)
A role for someone who notices the small things, thinks before they speak, and quietly keeps the whole operation running like clockwork — with the occasional blog post to share what’s happening behind the scenes.
About the Role
As our Operations Administrator, you’ll be the calm, friendly first point of contact for new and existing customers — whether over the phone, across the counter, or occasionally through a short blog update. You’ll greet everyone with warmth, efficiency and genuine helpfulness, guiding them to the right products with confidence and care.
You’ll take ownership of every interaction, ensuring each query is handled thoroughly and brought to a satisfying conclusion. From administrating sales orders to liaising with our delivery team, you’ll be the steady, detail‑focused presence that keeps everything running smoothly.
And because we love showing the world what we do, you’ll also help create light‑hearted blog content that highlights our products, our people, and the everyday magic of keeping workplaces spotless. This suits someone who enjoys thoughtful, planned writing rather than high‑energy performance — someone who brings a grounded, observant perspective to storytelling.
Minimum Education Requirement
- HNC qualification required — ideally in Business, Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- This ensures you have the organisational, analytical and communication foundations needed to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment
Your Creative Side

- Creating thoughtful social media posts that highlight products, team moments and customer stories

- Editing simple visuals to accompany your posts
This part of the role is designed to be enjoyable, creative and confidence‑building — perfect for someone who prefers structured creativity over spontaneous performance.
