Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help foster a productive work environment. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate communication, and support team members to achieve our collective goals. Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette
Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and office events to optimize team productivity
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks software
Oversee supply inventory and place orders to ensure the office is well-stocked at all times
Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Support administrative projects such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence management
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure adherence to office policies and procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience working in an office environment with strong administrative skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document processing
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication abilities
Previous clerical experience involving data entry, filing, and record keeping is preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
