We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Bathroom Fitter/Installer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of bathroom fixtures and fittings across residential and commercial properties.
This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, as well as practical experience in tiling, basic carpentry, and general bathroom installation. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently (with fully qualified trades to call upon), able to interpret technical drawings, and committed to delivering high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Install full bathroom suites, including baths, showers, toilets, and basins
- Carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including pipework, drainage, and water systems
- Tile walls and floors to a high standard with strong attention to detail
- Fit bathroom furniture and accessories (e.g. cabinets, mirrors, taps, and shower screens)
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, within agreed timelines, and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations
- Diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during installation
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation techniques
- Competence in tiling, plastering, and basic carpentry
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence, own van, and tools essential
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification (preferred)
