We are after a Assistant Quantity Surveyor which is a role located on site at our office in Salford/ Radcliffe.

The ideal candidate will have;
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or similar field (or studying towards)
- Have worked in a QS role previously
- Good level of I.T literacy specifically Microsoft software
- Numeral literacy and keen eye for attention to detail
- Organisation and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist other members of the commercial team with commercial and contractual aspects of projects, working closely with Contract Managers, Site Managers, and other project team members. They will assist with creating trade specifications, tender packages, processing payments, completing take offs from drawings and helping to monitor costs to keep to budgets.
There will be a two stage interview process for the role consisting of an informal telephone interview and a face to face interview with the Commercial Manager, with an immeidate start available for the right candidate. References will be required.
