What You’ll Do
In this role, you will take ownership of key operational processes that keep our UK business running smoothly. You’ll work across operations, finance, logistics, and customer management, gaining broad exposure to how a growing international medical device company operates.
- Managing customer accounts and enquiries, ensuring a high level of service and timely communication
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales data within Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Processing purchase orders, generating sales orders and invoices, and managing customer account records
- Owning day-to-day finance administration in QuickBooks, including uploading receipts, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Managing compliance with HMRC requirements, maintaining documentation and coordinating with external advisors where required
- Coordinating domestic and international shipments, including managing customs documentation, clearance processes, and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring import/export compliance and smooth movement of goods
- Supporting inventory coordination, including demo and trial stock, repairs, and returns
- Communicating proactively with customers regarding backorders, stock availability, or delayed shipments
- Working closely with colleagues in the US parent company to coordinate inventory, orders, and operational processes

Who You Are
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of multiple responsibilities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) preferred
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) and basic bookkeeping beneficial
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, customs clearance, and import/export documentation (or willing to learn quickly)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, small team/startup environment
