We’re looking for a powerhouse GM to take the lead at one of our much-loved neighbourhood restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment,love a buzzing floor,and can keep a team energised through every brunch rush and dinner peak,you’ll feel right at home with us.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant:leading from the front,owning the vibe,and driving the numbers like a pro. You’ll know how to maximise sales without losing the magic,keep labour and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread,and make smart commercial calls when it matters most. Smash your targets,grow your team,and build a business that guests (and the P&L) adore.
