As one of the UK's leading independent holiday letting agencies, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our guests, property owners and colleagues. We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Support Consultant to join our busy Sales Office team, initially on a six month fixed term contract.
This full-time role, working five days per week, will be based at our head office in Hayle. Working hours will be scheduled between 9am and 8pm Monday-Sunday on a variable weekly rota; applicants looking for a part-time role may be considered, but either role will include working a Saturday or Sunday each week.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced environment, resolving queries and delivering outstanding service as part of a supportive team. You'll play a key role in assisting guests, owners, housekeepers and caretakers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, reservations are managed accurately and sales are converted effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers in finding a property and successfully converting the sale
- Providing exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email and live chat
- Managing holiday reservations, amendments, cancellations, payments and guest enquiries
- Supporting Property Owners and stakeholders with booking, availability and sales queries
- Working with our Customer Support team to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Completing administrative tasks with accuracy and keeping records updated
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience of delivering excellent proactive customer service
- Is a clear and confident communicator, both on the phone and by email
- Is capable of calmly handling enquiries across a variety of communication channels
- Has the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Enjoys working as part of a wider team to problem solve and reach targets
- Has experience in a busy sales-based environment, where individual contributions help towards company success
