Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Life Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most by providing tailored life insurance and protection solutions.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships, understands clients' financial protection needs, and is committed to delivering outstanding service and ethical advice.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their protection needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
Conduct detailed analysis of client circumstances to recommend appropriate protection plans.
Utilise negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and close sales efficiently.
Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, explaining policy details clearly, and offering ongoing support.
Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote insurance products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance sales or related customer service roles, with a strong understanding of protection products.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales effectively.
Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable solutions.
Experience in sales administration or marketing is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and customer relationship management tools is beneficial.
