Full job description

Early Morning Cleaner (5:30am – 7:30am)

Suburban Services is seeking a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our professional team. This is an early morning role working Monday to Sunday from 5:30am to 7:30am on (T,T,F,S,S) making it ideal for someone looking for part-time hours before the rest of the day begins.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within a commercial premises, ensuring the workplace is clean, hygienic and ready for staff each morning. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and can work independently to a consistently high standard.

Responsibilities

Vacuum carpets and floor surfaces.
Mop hard floors.
Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms and welfare facilities.
Empty bins and replace bin liners.
Dust and wipe desks, furniture and touch points.
Clean kitchen and communal areas.
Put chairs down and prepare facilities for the day.
Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet tissue and paper towels where required.
Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to your supervisor.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored correctly.

Requirements

Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to speak and understand English.
A friendly and professional approach.
A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
