Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Pizza Chef-Driver/Cashier-Driver, where you will play a vital role in delivering delicious, freshly prepared pizzas and exceptional customer service. This energetic position combines culinary skills with driving responsibilities, ensuring our customers receive hot, quality meals with a friendly smile. Whether you're crafting mouthwatering pizzas in the kitchen or navigating the streets to deliver orders promptly, your enthusiasm and dedication will make a real difference. Paid positions are available for all applicants, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and related menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
Assist in food preparation, including ingredient assembly and kitchen organization to ensure efficient meal production
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
Safely operate delivery vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers’ locations
Greet customers at the counter or via phone, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service
Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and issue receipts with precision
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate order preparation and delivery schedules

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or culinary setting
Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve guests courteously and professionally
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable navigating local routes efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary standards for pizza making is preferred
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift ingredients or supplies, and perform routine cleaning tasks
Able to operate wood fired pizza oven.
