Be the calm presence when people need it most.
At Base One Response, we believe the support someone receives at 2am is just as important as the support they receive at 2pm.
Our Out of Hours Client Liaison Officers are the reassuring face of our organisation outside normal working hours. This is a unique role that combines welfare support, safeguarding, incident response and operational responsibility, helping some of the most vulnerable people in our communities remain safe, supported and settled.
This is not a static security position.

If you're someone who enjoys making decisions, thrives working independently and wants a career with real purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
