Job Overview

Just Value Doors is a growing online supplier of made-to-measure windows and doors based in Crowborough.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator / Order Processor to join our office team. This is a varied role involving customer order processing, sales administration, supplier coordination, and general office support.

Previous experience within the windows and doors industry would be advantageous, however full training will be provided for the right candidate.

We are a friendly, fast-growing business with a relaxed office environment and supportive team culture. We are looking for somebody reliable, organised and motivated who is looking for a long-term role within a growing company.

The successful candidate will be confident using computer systems, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable communicating with both customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and lead times
Supporting customers with order queries and updates
Managing emails, spreadsheets and documentation
Assisting with general office and administrative duties
Processing supplier invoices and supporting basic accounts administration
Working closely with the sales and aftersales teams to ensure smooth order progression
Maintaining organised electronic filing systems and internal records

Requirements

Previous administration, sales support or order processing experience preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems
Experience using CRM systems desirable
Sage experience beneficial but not essential
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
Friendly and professional attitude
