Junior E-Commerce Administrator (Entry Level) Local applicates only.
Benefits: Quarterly bonus, 1 in 3 Saturdays worked with time off in lieu.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior E-Commerce Administrator (Entry Level) to join our team and help manage product listings and online content for a high-end department store. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in e-commerce who is organised, keen to learn, and enjoys working with others.

What You will Be Doing:

· Adding and updating product information on the website.

· Helping create and maintain product spec sheets to make sure everything online is accurate.

· Editing and preparing product images using basic Photoshop.

· Checking website content and digital assets to make sure they look and work great.

· Collecting product images and information from brands.

· Supporting the team with customer queries and returns.

· Helping with dispatch and online order processes.

· Communicating with lifestyle teams, sharing updates clearly in writing and verbally.

What We are Looking For:

· A keen eye for detail.

· Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

· Comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft Office.

· Basic Photoshop or image editing skills are a plus.

· Friendly and professional in written and verbal communication.

· A team player who is happy to help wherever needed.

· Able to manage simple tasks and stick to deadlines.

Perks & Info:

· Location: Dorking

· Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

· 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

· 1 in 3 Saturdays worked (half-day, usually 12–4 pm, with half-day in lieu during the week beforehand)

· Quarterly performance bonuses
