Full job description

Overview
We are hiring a Door Supervisor for a hotel site. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and has good customer service skills. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for hotel guests, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a professional first impression.
Monitor the hotel entrance and public areas.
Help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors.
Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activity.
Respond to incidents in a calm and professional manner.
Complete incident reports and daily logs as required.
Work closely with hotel staff and management.
Follow all company and site policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

Experience in Security: Previous experience as a door supervisor.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, staff, and law enforcement.
Conflict Resolution Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to manage the demands of the role, including standing for long periods and responding to incidents.
Licensing: A valid Door Supervisor License is required.
Commitment to Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.71 per hour
