Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account and Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for stores or regions.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
Build long-term growth plans for retail accounts.
Manage relationships with key retail accounts, vendors, and business partners.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention of major accounts.
Resolve escalated customer or client issues professionally.
Lead, mentor, and supervise sales managers, account managers, and store teams.
Collaborate with store operations to improve sales performance and customer experience.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising teams.
Prepare budgets and monitor sales expenses.
Identify and pursue new retail business opportunities.
Plan and execute the expansion of the retail chain, and actively support business growth as an investor by contributing to strategic decision-making, capital investment, and initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, market presence, and overall profitability.
