We are looking for a Payments & Billing Administrator to join our dynamic Adult Social Care Financial Services (ACFS) team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is eager to support our community. You will help process payments and manage billing for various services, ensuring that our residents are charged accurately and fairly.
As a Payments & Billing Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

Processing Direct Payments, provider payments, and one-off payments using Mosaic and SAP systems.

Ensuring accurate billing for individuals following financial assessments.

Handling enquiries from residents and providers regarding invoices and payments.

Maintaining precise financial records to support reporting and audit requirements.

Contributing to the management of billing for services such as transport, telecare, meals, and day services.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A good understanding of basic financial processes.

Experience using IT software, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Strong data inputting and numeracy skills.
