Full job description

Whitegates, Heanor, Office is currently seeking an additional Lettings Team member as our business continues to grow. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated, mainly based, Lettings Co-ordinator for our new Whitegates is a trusted and established estate agency with a strong presence across the UK. We are recognised for our local expertise, professional approach, and commitment to delivering outstanding service to landlords, tenants, and property owners.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 1 x Saturday per month (9am - 1pm)

Responsible to: Lettings Manager/ Office Manager

Role:

Act as a point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Co-ordinate daily lettings and property management activities.
Arrange maintenance quotations and oversee works orders for rental properties.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and service provider
Mainly Office based - some asssistance may be required for lettings viewings/out appointments

The Ideal Candidate

Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience within lettings, estate agency, or a similar administrative role preffered,
UK driving licence
