The Role
We're looking for a highly organised Marketing Events & Partner Support Coordinator to join our marketing team at our Chesterfield head office.
Trade shows and partner events are a major part of our marketing activity, with annual budgets exceeding £1m. You'll help coordinate everything from show bookings, supplier communication and product logistics through to signage, point of sale, brochures, venues and on-site event support. A key part of the role is supporting lead generation and helping the sales and marketing teams measure return on investment.
You'll also manage the inbound marketing inbox for our 500+ partners, helping them access the brand materials they need. The role involves travel to trade shows, exhibitions and partner visits across the UK and internationally, including occasional overnight stays.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, confident with suppliers and internal teams, and able to keep a lot of moving parts under control.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the booking, planning and delivery of UK and international trade shows, including stands, signage, point of sale and display materials.
- Liaise with organisers, venues, suppliers and internal teams, and coordinate the ordering and delivery of products required for each show.
- Support the capture and follow-up of leads from events, and help track event performance, conversions and return on investment.
- Support the planning of large-scale partner events and conferences, including accommodation, venues, catering and event suppliers.
- Manage the inbound partner marketing inbox, responding to requests from our 500+ partner network for brochures, point of sale and brand materials across multiple brands and languages.
- Help manage and track event budgets exceeding £1m annually — raising purchase requests, tracking costs and flagging any overspend.
- Attend trade shows, partner events and partner visits, supporting on-site setup, registration and event delivery, and representing Superior Wellness professionally.
- Support the wider marketing team with day-to-day coordination, supplier communication and administration.
What We're Looking For
You don't need hot tub or wellness experience, but a background in events, marketing coordination, sales support, partner support or office coordination would be a real advantage.
Essential:
- Previous experience in events, marketing coordination, sales support, office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, suppliers and budgets at once.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and internationally when required, including occasional overnight stays.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership and stay calm under deadlines.
Desirable:
- Experience planning trade shows, exhibitions, conferences or business events.
- Experience supporting lead generation, sales follow-up or event reporting.
- Experience with event budgets, supplier costs or purchase orders.
- Experience supporting a dealer, distributor, franchise or partner network.
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment, or with CRM/project management tools.
