About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious Planner/ Senior Planner to join our established team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated planning professional looking to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will manage your own caseload and maintain direct contact with clients, whilst also supporting senior colleagues on more complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to enquiries, developing planning strategies and fee proposals
- Preparing and coordinating planning applications, appraisals and supporting documentation
- Project managing consultants and liaising with local planning authorities and stakeholders
- Supporting appeals, land promotion opportunities and portfolio reviews
- Building and developing strong client relationships
- Assisting with business development and opportunities for growth

About You: As a qualified Planner/ Senior Planner, you will have an accredited UK degree and membership of the RTPI or be working towards membership. You will have:
· A minimum of 2 years’ relevant UK experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A breadth of planning knowledge and project experience
· Excellent organisational skills and able to work independently
· Commercial awareness
· Energy and a proactive approach with a willingness to learn and excel
· Confidence in client facing situations and project management
· A team player approach
· A full UK driving license (manual or automatic) and access to a vehicle
