Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and become a vital driver of our company's growth and success! In this energetic role, you will lead the charge in attracting top talent, building meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and streamlining our recruitment processes. Your expertise in leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and HR technology will ensure we find the perfect fit for every position. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact while developing your skills in human resources and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Lead generation: Develop creative sourcing strategies across social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify high-quality candidates.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to track candidate progress efficiently.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
Utilize Salesforce and social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, compliance documentation, and candidate data within ATS platforms.

Experience

Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources roles with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS platforms.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques through social media management and online sourcing channels.
Experience managing relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of HR technology tools including Salesforce for recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and stay current with industry best practices in talent acquisition.
