Full job description

Link-Force Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Concrete Finisher to join a reputable Residential Construction company based in Greater London. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces on various residential projects, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety regulations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of working independently or as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and excellent craftsmanship. The position is a contract role lasting for six months or longer, offering a negotiable rate depending on experience and skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of concrete finishing techniques, including smoothing, trowelling, and surface preparation, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

Previous experience in concrete finishing within residential construction
Knowledge of finishing tools and machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Excellent teamworking skills and reliability
Valid health and safety certification is preferred
