Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across the construction industry, as well as building their own desks of clients.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about talent acquisition to develop their careers within a supportive and innovative environment. The successful applicant will utilise a range of tools and platforms, including to optimise recruitment processes and build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Duties

Lead generation through multiple channels such as networking events, online platforms to identify potential clients.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidates, checking CVs, conducting interviews, and presenting top quality candidates to our clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements.
Manage job postings across various channels, ensuring they are optimised for maximum visibility.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and labour market conditions.
Maintain compliance with data protection & H&S regulations when handling candidate & client information.

Requirements

Proven experience in human resources or recruitment roles, with a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent relationship management skills with a proactive approach to building networks.
Basic understanding of sales principles as they relate to client engagement and candidate attraction strategies.
Organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be expected to bring in new business therefore a proven track record in sales would be advantageous, with this comes uncapped eaning potential with commission and bonus structure.
