We’re recruiting Support Workers for multiple opportunities across our residential care home, with a range of hours and shift patterns available. We’re looking for Support Worker's to join our team at Cheddle Lodge.. We have the following roles available:

- x1 Part time (21 hours)

- x1 Bank

- x1 Nights (30 hours)

Cheddle Lodge is a warm, friendly and settled 13 bed home that provides person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and autism and complex physical disabilities. It’s a calm and welcoming environment, where the home thrives on the strong, supportive relationships built between residents, staff, families and carers, creating a sense of stability, trust and genuine connection in daily life.

What we are looking for;

Understand and work to provide an excellent standard of person-centred care in a safe and nurturing environment.
Can support daily routines to provide structure and stability for our residents and build meaningful relationships.
Promote independence and are committed to supporting our residents to receive an excellent standard of care and giving them the opportunity to live a full and active life.
Understand the needs of and a positive attitude towards people with disabilities.
Align to our values and share our passion for what we do and why we do it.
Are willing to work flexibly to cover shifts that will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (including basic IT skills)
Previous demonstratable experience in care.

Time to rest and reset

30 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays, pro‑rata for part‑time staff), increasing with service. Taking time off is encouraged because rest matters.
