We’re Hiring: Finance Assistant (Fixed Term)

Location: AnTech Offices, Airport Business Park, Exeter
Job Type: Part-time (24 - 32 hours per week), fixed term for 6 months
Salary: £29,000 FTE

AnTech are a global technology company providing products and specialist drilling services to the energy sector. Established in 1992, we design, manufacture and test all our equipment in-house, spanning all areas of mechanical, electronic and software design engineering. As the energy sector moves to a more sustainable future, the technology that has supported it will be ever more important, and we want to be at the forefront of that.

We require support within our busy Finance team for an initial period of 6 months. This role is an integral part of the business and is responsible for processing all invoices including subsidiaries foreign currencies and reconciling invoices received and purchase orders.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Finance Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our Finance operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Process all invoices including subsidiaries foreign currencies, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
Approve new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
Monthly processing and reporting for internal timesheets, supplier statements, charge cards and expenses

Experience of working within a similar finance role with excellent IT skills
Excellent communication skills
A can-do attitude with the desire to learn and develop
Excellent attention to detail
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
