Job description

Scrub Daddy UK is a national B2B distributor of the Scrub Daddy Brand throughout the UK and EU. We currently distribute to most major national retailers and wholesalers in the UK with a growing customer base in the EU. We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist our EU account managers in servicing our national and international customers. This is an office based role, attendance at this location is required. Tiverton, Devon.

The Role

The principal responsibilities for the role will be to support two Account Managers in the onboarding of new customers as well as order procesing.

General Responsibilities

Completing new customer and new line forms.
Processing customer orders
Directly engaging with customer's teams in the buying, merchandising and logistics departments regarding order details.
Qualifying new customer enquiries
Assist with planning and execution of in store promotional activity
Liaising internally between various departments to ensure communication of accurate and timely information.

Experience required.

Must have at least 2 years previous experience in sales support/account management in a wholesale environment.
Admin and customer service experience an advantage
Knowledge of instore retail practices advantageous

Skills

Excellent communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Able to work autonomously but enjoy contributing to team activities
Ability to organise and prioritise

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tiverton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Sales support: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
