About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Management Administrator to join our Procurement Team, based in Newcastle. This role is available full time and includes flexibility along with hybrid working because we want the best people for our roles. What you'll be doing
- Join our Master Data Management Team, being a key player in all thing's System
& Process related, including:
- Facilitating the Supplier Onboarding Process ensuring our Supply Chain meet prequalification requirements
- Processing all New Supplier & Customer Requests received via a query management system (BMC)
- Validating Bank Details
- Creating Internal/External bank accounts
- Maintain all BBUK data across multiple systems, Oracle R12, Tranman, InspHire &
FODComplete CIS verifications and ensuring all Subcontractors hold valid Insurance Certificates
- Uploading and Manually inputting Inventory items
- Dealing with queries received from Key Stakeholders, Internal & External
- Producing ad hoc reports from Oracle/Service management tool as and when required by the Business.
- Using Excel and other tools to carry out reconciliations
- Manage personal time and work load effectively
Who we're looking for
Essential:
- Experience in managing a high volume of workload, and able to work towards our KPIs of timeliness and quality
- Good attention to detail and a focus on quality output
- Strong verbal and written communicative skills and the ability to engage with different stakeholders
- A team player who can work well with other colleagues in a supportive environment
- Customer Service experience
Desirable -
- Experience of Master Data/Prequalification
- Data Entry experience
- System Knowledge of Oracle R12, Tranman, FOD, InspHire & Excel
