We are seeking a level3/4 professional and passionate Skin Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of skincare treatments and customer service excellence. The Skin Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. A background in skin along with a strong focus on upselling and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide customised skincare treatments including facials to meet individual client needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilise management skills to organise daily schedules, stock levels, and treatment rooms efficiently.
- Promote services and retail products through effective upselling techniques to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Manage social media platforms to engage with clients, promote treatments, and enhance the brand’s online presence.
- Offer additional services in specialised beauty treatments as required.
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment area adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new treatment techniques to continually improve service offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in skincare therapy treatments.
- Strong management skills with the ability to organise appointments and oversee daily operations smoothly.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients effectively and providing clear advice on treatments and aftercare.
- Proficiency in social media management to promote services and connect with clients online.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction while increasing revenue.
- Knowledge of barbering or related grooming services is a plus but not essential.
