Experienced Bar staff required at The Greyhound, Finchampstead, Brucan Pubs
- We are seeking to grow our team with the addition of an experienced bartender.
- Salary available from £14.00 per hour
- Full time and part time rotas available
- Experienced, professional, knowledgeable, confirdent bar staff sought
- Flexible rotas available to suit
The duties of this position:
- Setting up the bar for service, stock awareness
- Must have cocktail, beverage and barista experience
- Cellar knowledge preferred
- Greeting customers, taking orders and serving food and drink
- Ensure the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met
- Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and customers
- Use and develop food & beverage knowledge to enhance guest experience
- Maintain calm and organised service during busy periods
- Organise duties to reflect changing levels of business
