IPW Building Services is expanding and is seeking experienced Bona Fide Subcontractor Bricklaying Gangs to support our growing portfolio of new-build residential developments across Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. We are not recruiting to fill a short-term labour gap or complete a single project. We are looking to build long-term partnerships with quality gangs who want consistent work and the security of a strong pipeline.

What We're Looking For

Experienced bricklaying gangs capable of delivering:

Brickwork
Blockwork
Housing plots and associated masonry works

All work must be completed safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience on residential housing developments
Valid CSCS cards for all operatives
NVQ Level 2 Bricklaying or equivalent experience
Reliable transport
Public liability insurance with a minimum £2 million cover
Commitment to quality, reliability and health and safety
