Job Title: Permanent, Part-Time Receptionist

Based: OPM Labels and Packaging Group, The Colourbox, Gelderd Road, Leeds, LS12 6TG

Hours & Days: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (8am – 5pm)

Job Type: Job Share – Holiday cover for first receptionist working (Mon & Tues) required when necessary.

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Diary management
Preparing meeting rooms & refreshments
Creation of sample packs

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and a team player

Working Hours:

Part-time hours: 24 hours per week
Flexible schedule, with availability to cover holiday when required
