- Support trainees to achieve recognised qualifications, including Food Hygiene and other relevant awards, through assessment, guidance, and ongoing feedback
- Develop trainees’ confidence, independence, and employability skills, preparing them for supported internships, work placements, volunteering, or paid employment
- Deliver and maintain a high-quality food service, incorporating fresh and sustainable ingredients (including produce from CASE’s GROW project where appropriate)
- Work collaboratively with internal departments such as Independent Living, GROW, and Health & Wellbeing to create a joined-up and holistic training experience
- Plan and support the delivery of healthy eating campaigns and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, employers, and community organisations to create meaningful progression opportunities for trainees
- Supervise and support volunteers, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate training records, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with all food hygiene, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Food & Wellbeing Department, bringing creativity and innovation to the service delivery
Essential Requirements
