Job description

Strand Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher to join our academy in September 2026 on a full time, temporary basis for one term.

Strand Primary Academy is situated in the East Marsh area of Grimsby, less than an hour drive from Hull, Lincoln and Scunthorpe. We are a small, one form entry academy, educating children from the ages of 3 to 11 from the local area.

At Strand Primary Academy we have a team that is absolutely committed to ensuring that our children are at the heart of everything we do.

Strand Primary Academy’s motto is ‘Together we are stronger’ and we believe that when staff, parents and children work together all children, irrespective of their background, can succeed and achieve their ambitions. We aim to broaden children’s minds and raise their aspirations. We are fostering a ‘can do’ approach and with everyone working together, we strive to make our school the best.
