The Stability Expert Group are accountable for the highly efficient delivery of pivotal stability studies and associated data for our product shelf-life assignment and dossier registrations.
Based in the busy fast paced analytical laboratory, which is designed for up to 175 analysts providing expert analytical support in the delivery of world-class innovation and continued maintenance of company health brands. Utilising modern technology and capabilities you will support the delivery of effective future proof data to support our product shelf-life assignments and dossier registrations
Reporting to the R&D Stability Senior Associate, the R&D Stability Assistant is responsible for the generation, review, and reporting of stability data for their projects. Working alongside the R&D Category teams you will be responsible to ensure an effective delivery of your stability trials with a focus on ensuring trials are completed, reviewed, and reported in an efficient manner in line with agreed timelines.
This is an on-site position based in Hull, with an expectation of five days per week.
Key aspects of the role are to:
- Be responsible for the compliant generation and reporting of Reckitt’s long term / pivotal stability studies that are allocated to you
- In conjunction with the Stability Senior Associate be responsible for data trending, reporting, and inputting into the shelf-life assignment recommendations
- Work collaboratively with Stability Senior Associate, Health Category and Operations Teams to hit agreed deadlines
- Maintain appropriate Health and safety, Regulatory, Data Integrity and cGMP compliance. Contribute to compliance e.g., input into OOT/OOS investigations in partnership with Stability Senior Associate, Category colleagues and Quality
- Contribute to the delivery of continuous improvement across your team.
- Maintain audit readiness, contributing to audits as required.
- Coach and mentor other assistants/apprentices within the Stability Expert team.
- In conjunction with the Stability Senior Associate escalate and manage risks and issues as appropriate.
- Support other key related initiatives as required as part of the wider group management team.
- Foster a stimulating, innovative and inclusive cultural environment across Reckitt enabling colleagues to thrive and develop, ensuring that processes and policies are followed and are visible, accessible, and transparent.
- Actively engage in Continuing Professional Development and training initiatives.
- Degree in a relevant scientific (typically chemistry, life-sciences, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences,) or business discipline. (Or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of laboratory processes and procedures and stability/product development,
- Able to deal with multiple projects with agreed deadlines·
- A practical scientific person, who enjoys being hands on
